Why should I take this program?
So many people want to be coaches to help others and live their passion. Unfortunately, many cannot afford it. Not everyone has $10,000 lying around waiting to be used on coaching courses.
This program is an affordable option that will satisfy the ABLNLP and ICF. Our organization understands the need to want to help others and the desire to keep being better within a budget.
It is our goal to take coaching out of only the boardrooms and to spread it to most people. Through our professionals, who are experienced in coaching and knowledgeable in Industrial & Organizational (I/O) Psychology, this program offers a credible, feasible, and cost-effective way of becoming a coach.
What’s unique?
This coaching program is designed to avoid all of the frustrations that occur with other coaching programs.
Classes will be offered in small manageable and intimate cohorts. These cohorts are designed to emphasize connections and coaching. Having the support of a cohort can increase the likelihood of success and decrease the feelings of isolation. Those who join the program will also be assigned accountability partners that will help them move through the process.
Our organization will present real coaching experiences as well as styles that did and did not work for us to provide excellent examples or real applied scenarios. Coaching programs will offer a combination of experiential training and knowledge of theoretical models in positive, social, and I/O psychology theory.
Last, our instructors will be available for any feedback, questions, or concerns.

How will I become certified?
NLP Requirement – NLP requires 120 hours, 40 of which can be completed through home study, included in our program. The remaining 80 hours will be handled through the ICF requirements.
ICF Requirement – ICF requires 60 hours minimum to start. Our program will complete 24 to 30 hours live in sessions that take place over a weekend or week, and then the remaining 30 hours will be completed via webinar/teleclass.
Mentor Coaching Requirement – In addition to these requirements, 7 hours of mentor coaching will be provided to each cohort including 3 individual hours per person via our coaching professionals. Because 100 hours of practice coaching are required, mentor coaching should begin after all other coursework has been completed. There is a small fee associated with this service, and those in the program are more than welcome to use other qualified coaches they might know to fulfill this ICF requirement.
This program is accredited and meets the standards of the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming. This certification is also recognized worldwide and recognized by the Time Line Therapy Association and American Board of Hypnotherapy!
Those who complete the program will have enough hours to qualify for the ACC, and will be a certified NLP Coach.

How Much Does This All Cost?
Classes are the lowest, and most affordable price on the market!
Classes start at $3,000 total when registered for before March 30, 2014.

Classes are $3,500 after that deadline.

Those associated with PACE can have the service for only $1,300. This $1,700 savings can be paid in up to 12 installments ($141.67 each).
Mentor coaching – $300 an hour via a PACE professional.

If you enroll in the course, and you aren’t convinced that NLP techniques can empower you as a coach, let us know within 30 days from making the payment, and your tuition fee will be refunded to you without hard feelings.
